Pupils enjoy a visit to the Academy Restaurant at Ulster University

Last week, our Year 14 Hospitality students visited Ulster University to make use of their fantastic Hospitality facilities. The boys were given lots of information on hospitality and tourism courses available at the Belfast campus and got to see all the opportunities available to them through this route of study. They got to visit the newly renovated Academy restaurant which is open to the public for the students to showcase their talents. The students had a tour of the kitchens, catering facilities and all had a go at making their own mocktails behind the full size and well stocked restaurant bar. We had a great day and we thank the university for all their support with our A Level students!
