As a Voluntary B Grammar School, Campbell College receives no financial assistance from Government for any capital expenditure. All capital costs are self-funded through the pupil capital fee, College funds and the ‘Building for the Future’ Fundraising Campaign.
Protecting the heritage of our unique buildings for the benefit of everyone, whilst developing facilities to deliver the very best educational environment.
As part of the wider Building for the Future campaign, the College is fundraising to support the Heritage works, which started in July 2022. These heritage works will restore our iconic historic buildings to their former glory and will take 15 years, costing an estimated £ 15 million. We receive no financial support for our capital works and need your support. Help us protect our heritage for future generations.

Sport is one of Campbell’s core strengths, with a long list of sporting heroes across the Old Campbellian network. Starting in 2023, BFTF Sport has seen the complete refurbishment of the tired old sports buildings into a new £6 million state-of-the-art Sports Centre, complete with one of the largest school fitness suites on the Island of Ireland, digitally enabled classrooms, a multi-purpose sports hall, climbing wall, studio, and public area. The project was completed in 2025, and is a fine example of the College’s ability to deliver complex development projects on time and within budget.
The Sports Appeal remains open for future sporting capital projects, and the College welcomes donations of any type or amount.
