We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of our Sixth Form students in the annual UK Chemistry Olympiad, organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry. This prestigious competition, open to all post-16 students in the British Isles, is designed to challenge and inspire young chemists.

Our students embraced this unique opportunity to push their limits and showcase their skills. Several students earned Bronze Certificates, a testament to their dedication and hard work. We are especially proud of Frank (Year 13, Yate’s), who achieved a Silver Certificate, and Tim (Year 14, Allison’s), who secured a Gold Certificate, placing him in the top 8% of candidates in the UK.

This is a fantastic achievement for all our chemists who performed exceptionally well in a very demanding test. We are incredibly proud of all our participants and their remarkable accomplishments.

Congratulations to everyone involved!
