We are delighted to announce that The Men Behind The Glass exhibit will be on display at The Strand Arts Centre Cinema from 7th Nov at 2pm until Nov 13th. The Strand Arts Centre was keen to bring the exhibit to the community and when discussing programming, they felt that Remembrance Day would be a particularly opportune time to learn about the sacrifices of the 127 Old Campbellians and the Staff member who lost their lives in the Great War. The Strand is especially grateful to INTO film for their approval to screen Peter Jackon's They Shall Not Grow Old on Remembrance Day, 11th November at 1.30pm

Sixth Form students from the Moving Image Arts and Drama classes will be attending the screening on 11th November. Additionally, Drama students will be performing monologues from The Men Behind The Glass musical, written by Campbell College Drama Teacher Mrs McIlvenny after the screening. It will be incredibly poignant to hear these monologues together with the photos of the Old Campbellians that the students will be paying tribute to.

The Men Behind The Exhibit Glass exhibition is a free event and we hope many of you will be able to visit. If you would like to attend the screening of They Shall Not Grow Old on 11th November at 1.30pm, a few tickets are available on request from Rosie Hickey at the Strand Cinema: rosie@strandartscentre.com

Many thanks to OC Andrew Heasley (8647) who helped bring this collaboration to us.
