The Combined Cadet Force, or CCF, is a popular activity at Campbell. Students are introduced to the cadets in Year 10 with introductory activities and drills. For students that wish to continue, they are guided in which section they would like to join - Army, Navy or RAF. Although the cadets will often be taking part in drills and camps together, they will also spend time in their sections focusing on learning skills specific to their area, such as sailing or flying.
We spoke with students in Years 10-13, who reflected on their experiences, which sections they decided to join and what skills they have developed in CCF.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the volunteers who help to run the Campbell College CCF.
Many thanks to our boarding cadets Bertie, Year 13; Robbie, Year 10; Caelen, Year 13; Alfie, Year 11; Henri, Year 13; Nigel, Year 11 and Juan, Year 12 for sharing their experiences with us.
