Congratulations to our 126 Y14 students who achieved the best ever A level and BTEC results today, with an outstanding spread of top grades.  The proportion of A*-A / Distinction (43%), A*-B, and A*-C results highlight Campbell’s continued academic strength and commitment to excellence.  The results also show strong departmental performances across arts and sciences which continue to be sector-leading.

Our staff are dedicated to unlocking the individual potential within every boy and today’s results demonstrate the strength and diversity of academic achievement across the College.  The breadth of subjects on offer, including 25 A levels and 5 BTECs, highlights the varied interests our students have, and the inclusive, well-rounded education they receive.

This year's group of leavers have secured places at top UK universities, prestigious international institutions, and highly sought-after degree apprenticeships.  An impressive 95% secured their first-choice destination, reflecting the ambition, hard work and success of the Class of 2026.   No matter where they are headed, they are well-prepared to make their mark on the world stage.

Reflecting on today’s achievements, Jonathan Anderson, Headmaster of Campbell College said: “We are immensely proud of what the boys have achieved. These results continue to build on the achievements of recent years and provide a fitting conclusion to an exceptional year for Campbell across so many areas of school life.  At Campbell, we believe deeply in an education that goes beyond qualifications. 

“Academic achievement matters enormously, but so too do the character, confidence and breadth of experience that prepare young people for everything that follows. We often say that busy people are successful people, and this group of young men has demonstrated exactly that; combining their studies with full and varied contributions to the wider life of the College.

“Their results reflect their ability, ambition and sustained hard work. Achievements of this kind are also supported by a tremendous team effort. I am enormously grateful to our teaching and support staff for the expertise, care and commitment they have shown, and to the families who have encouraged the boys throughout their time at the College.  Ultimately, however, this success belongs to the boys themselves.
