The boys were wonderful ambassadors for Campbell, impressing everyone with their impeccable manners, friendly conversation and warm hospitality. This cherished annual event welcomes elderly neighbours from local residential homes, and this year our boys were especially thrilled to meet one guest who was born in 1924 – an incredible 101 years old!

The afternoon began in style, with our guests greeted by the stirring sounds of the College’s Pipes & Drums. They were then treated to a beautiful selection of musical performances by the Middle School Choir, woodwind ensemble and a talented solo violinist.

Of course, no afternoon tea would be complete without delicious refreshments – and the tea, scones and Campbell shortbread were a definite hit with the guests and boys alike!

The day ended on a high note with a lively game of Bingo, complete with Easter egg prizes, and each of our guests left with a lovely Easter hamper.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs McInerney for organising such a memorable afternoon – a lovely opportunity for generations to connect over music, conversation and a shared love of tea and scones!
