Yesterday, June 21st was Campbell’s 114th Annual Sports' Day. Thankfully, the weather held and all events were able to proceed. A total of 30 different events were held and pupils had a choice of several track and field options:

The boys displayed a high level of competition and pupils cheered on their housemates with great enthusiasm. Particularly thrilling was the final race, which was very close, causing pupils to crowd the track! Congratulations to everyone who took part in what was a great day of athletics and team spirit.
The final results were close and congratulations go to Alden’s House who won the cup!

James, Year 11 accepted the cup on behalf of his Alden’s team mates from Year 14 leaver Jakob (Davis’s), who has had an impressive athletic season to date, achieving a personal best in the 400 m event with a time of 47.8 seconds.
Coach John Creighton closed the day thanking everyone who had helped in making sure the games were a success, especially Mr Rae and the grounds' team. He also congratulated the boys for showing great sportsmanship and support of their friends.
